Rick Crnkovich, Owner of Heritage Home Services, Inc., has been involved
in building homes since 1958. He initially worked with his uncle for a
number of years in all phases of construction. Rick later worked for a
local homebuilder, framing houses while earning his bachelor’s degree.
After college he worked for two national insurance companies as a property
claims specialist for over 20 years. In this capacity he handled over 20,000
property losses working with contractors and engineers in determining the
amount of damage & repair methods on residential and commercial property
losses. Rick also owned and operated a construction company specializing
in remodeling and restoration repairs.
Rick has received ASHI training and graduated from the Career Development
School for Home Inspections in Atlanta, Georgia. He has also attended numerous
advanced property schools and engineering seminars while employed in the
insurance industry.
